Returns

Return/Exchange Policies

Pure Flats wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Items that are not worn, washed, or altered, with tags and in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Request a prepaid return label through the portal below. Please note: When using the pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and a refund is processed to your original form of payment, you will receive a refund notification via email.

 
Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, place a new order and use the portal below to generate a return label. You will be issued a full refund for the returned items and the prepaid return label is on us, just add a note in the NOTES field to tell us you've already placed a new order. 

 

Gift Returns

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request that they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.  

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Damages or Defective Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you need help, please contact us at customercare@pureflats.com. For returns coming from Puerto Rico or outside of the domestic US, or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.
